Need to prevent bookings during holidays, scheduled maintenance, or personal time off? You can block out specific days or time ranges to temporarily make your service unavailable.
This ensures customers can’t book on dates and times you’re unavailable, keeping your calendar accurate and conflict-free.
How to block out date and time
1. Go to the “Services” page and select the service you want to update.
2. Go to “Block Out Date & Time” section
3. Click the “Add Block Out Date & Time” button.

4. Click “Select date” and choose either a specific date or range of dates. Click the “Ok” button.

5. To block a specific time range within a day, enable the “Set time range” option.
Note: Time range blocking is only available for Regular slot types.
6. Then, set the start time and end time of the block out period and click the “Add” button.

5. Once you block out slots, click the “Save” button.
