Need to prevent bookings during holidays, scheduled maintenance, or personal time off? You can block out specific days or time ranges to temporarily make your service unavailable.
This ensures customers can’t book on dates or times you’re unavailable, keeping your calendar accurate and conflict-free.
How to block out dates or times
1. Go to the “Services” page and select the service you want to update.
2. Click on “Block Out Date & Time” and click “Add Block Out Date & Time”.

3. Click “Select date”, then choose a single date or a date range, and click “Ok”.

4. To block a specific time range (within a day), enable “Set time range”, then set the start and end times. Click “Add”.

Note: Time range blocking is only available for Regular slot types.
5. Once you block out slots, click “Save”.
