To avoid last-minute bookings and give yourself time to prepare, you can set a advance booking notice. This ensures customers can only book appointments a certain amount of time before the slot begins.
How to set advance booking notice
1. Go to the “Services” page, and click on any created service.
2. Go to “Availability Settings” section and locate the Minimum Advance Notice option and choose how much lead time you need. Lead time can be in days, hours, or minutes.
For example, if you need 30 minutes to prepare before an appointment, set the lead time to 30 minutes.
3. By default, lead time is calculated based on the clock, not your working hours. To factor in your business hours, enable the “Use working hours to calculate Lead Time and Cut-Off time” option.
4. After enabling, set your working days, define the start and end times for each day.
5. Click the “Save” button.
