How to Assign Team Member Across Multiple Locations
1. Go to the Teams page and select the team member you want to manage across locations.
2. Choose the locations where the team member is available
3. Under Team Member Capacity, set the capacity to 1, then click Save.
4. Open the Service page and select the service you want to configure.
5. On the Location & Team Member page, make sure both the location and the selected team member are added.
6. Go to Availability Settings, scroll to Capacity Setup, and choose Team Member. Click Save.
