Why is the customer phone number not added to the notification email?

The default booking confirmation email won’t include the customer phone number. To add the customer's phone number to the email, you must create a custom email template.

How to create custom email template with customer’s phone number

1. Go to “Settings” and click “Edit” on “Notifications & Workflow”.

2. Under Store Owner Email Templates, click the “pencil” icon next to Store Owner Confirmation Email to create a custom email template.

3. Write the subject and email body using the tags. Add @customerPhoneNumber to add a customer phone number in your email.

Sample Template

Subject: @productName - appointment is scheduled Hi there, @customerName has secluded appointment for @productName. Customer name: @customerName Customer phone number: @customerPhoneNumber Service: @serviceName Date: @bookingDate Time: @bookingTime Thanks, @storeName

4. Click “Save” to save the email template.

Now, the customer phone number will be added to the notification email.
