Enable Shopify Flow integration in BookX
1. In the BookX app, go to Settings > click “Edit” on Integration > Shopify Flow.

2. Click Connect Shopify Flow to complete the integration.

Create an example Shopify Flow workflow using BookX
Example: Let’s create a workflow that sends an internal email notification when a booking is created for a specific customer ID.
1. Open the Shopify Flow app and click the “Create Workflow” button.

2. Click the “Select a trigger” option.

3. Choose “BookX” from the trigger list.
4. Select the “Booking Created” option.

5. Click the (+) icon and choose Condition.

Note: If you don’t need a condition, you can choose Action instead and trigger the workflow immediately.
6. Select a condition, then click Add variable and choose ID (or any identifier).

7. Click the (+) icon next to True and choose Action.
Note: Here, instead of only adding an action, you can also add multiple conditions if you want to further filter the workflow before triggering an action.
8. Select Flow > Send internal email (or another available action).

9. Turn on the workflow to activate it.
