In the BookX app, you can enable the optional booking feature. This lets customers either schedule the service by choosing a date and time or book a service without selecting a specific date or time.
How to enable optional booking for your service
1. Go to the “Services” page and select the service you want to update.
2. Go to “Availability Settings” and scroll to the “Optional Booking” section.
3. Enable “Optional Booking” option.
4. Click the “Save” button.
