With the Regular booking service type, you can create booking slots based on minutes or hours. This option is ideal for services such as consultations, coaching sessions, salon appointments, equipment rentals, or any service that is booked by the minute or hour.
What customers see: Customers will choose from available time slots on your booking calendar.
How to set Regular booking slots
1. Under Service Type, select the “Regular booking” option.
2. Click “Generate Time Slot” to generate time slots.
Note: Some time slots are generated by default. You can replace or add new slots as needed.
3. Set the start time, end time, and service duration.
4. Select the days these time slots should apply to.
5. Choose how your new slots should interact with the existing slots:
- Replace existing time slots: Replaces the pre-generated slots with the new slots you created.
- Add to existing time slots: Adds the new slots to the pre-generated slots.
6. Click “Generate” to create the time slots.
How to set Block out date & time (Optional)
1. Click the “Add Block Out Date & Time” button.
2. Click “Select date” and choose a specific date or range of dates.
3. Click the “Ok” button.
4. Enable “Set time range” To block a specific time range within a day.
5. Set the start and end time of the block out period and click the “Add” button.
6. Click “Next” to move to Location & team member.
