Multi-day service type is ideal for services like hotel or homestay bookings, multi-day equipment rentals, retreat packages, or anything requiring a start and end date.
What your customers will see: Customers pick a start and end date.

How to set multi-day slots
1. Under Service Type, select the “Multi-day booking” option.

2. Choose the days of the week when your service will be available.
3. Set the minimum and maximum number of days customers can book.
4. Choose how you want customers to book your multi-day slots:
- Flexible dates: Allow customers to choose any available dates that fit their schedule.
- Consecutive dates: Require customers to book continuous dates without gaps for the selected service.
5. Set how the multi-day pricing is calculated:
Note: Pricing will only be calculated if the quantity picker is enabled. If it is disabled, pricing cannot be calculated.
- Use product quantity: The quantity stays fixed, no matter how many days the customer selects.
Example: If your service is priced at $100 per quantity.
Customers book 3 days → Quantity stays 1. Total price = $100.
- Set quantity to days: The quantity updates automatically based on how many days are selected.
Example: If charge $50/day for your rental.
Customers book 3 days → Quantity becomes 3. Total price = 3 x $50 = $150.
- Multiply quantity by days: The price is calculated by multiplying both the quantity of items and the number of days booked.
- Enable overnight bookings: Allows you to charge for just one day when the booking includes an overnight stay (like a typical hotel check-in/ check-out model).
Example: If you charge $120/night for room booking.
Customer books 2 rooms for 4 nights. Total = 2 x 4 = 8 room-nights. Prices = 8 x $120 = $960.
Example: If a customer check in Dec 24 at 2 PM & checks out on Dec 25 at 2 PM.
Instead of charging for 2 days, they’re charged for 1 day only.
6. Set the day when the booking date should start on.

How to set Block out date & time (Optional)
1. Click the “Add Block Out Date & Time” button.

2. Click “Select date” and choose a specific date or range of dates.

3. Click the “Ok” button and click the “Add” button.
4. Click “Next” to move to Location & team member.
