If you host online appointments or meetings through Zoom, integrating it with your BookX app ensures that both you and your customers receive a shared Zoom meeting link via email automatically after a booking is made.
How to integrate Zoom with BookX:
1. Go to the “Settings” page on the BookX app and click “Edit” on the Integrations section.

2. Select “Zoom” and click “Connect Zoom Account”.

3. Sign in to your Zoom account and click “Agree” to authorize access.
4. You’ll be redirected back to the Integrations page, click “Save” to apply changes.
Once connected, Zoom meetings will be automatically generated for new bookings. You can view them in your Zoom dashboard by checking the appointment date.
How to disconnect from Zoom:
1. Go to BookX “Settings” and click “Edit” on Integration.
2. Select “Zoom” and click “Disconnect your Zoom”.
3. Click “Save” to apply the changes.
