BookX allows you to set availability and block out date & time to display slots based on availability and prevent bookings while your team member is unavailable or on leave.
How to set team member availability
1. Go to the “Team” page and click on a team member name.
2. Scroll down to Team Member Availability section and set working days and working hours.

3. To add breaks, click “Add Break”, set the start time and end time. Click “Add”.
4. To block out leave days or times, click “Add Block Out Date & Time”.
5. Click “Select date”, select a date or range of dates, and click “Ok”.
6. For half-day leaves, enable “Set time range”, set the start time and end time, and click “Add”.
7. Click “Save”.
Once you set a team member’s availability and block out their unavailable dates and times, those time slots will no longer be visible to your customers.
