You can easily manage your appointments by editing or canceling bookings in the BookX app. Follow the steps below to update booking details or cancel an appointment
1. Go to the “Bookings” page in the BookX app.
2. Click on the Order ID of the booking you wish to edit.
3. Click “Edit Booking” to edit the booking.

4. You can edit location, team member, booking slot, and customer information.

5. Once you finish editing, click “Update Booking” to confirm the changes.

6. To cancel a booking, simply click “Cancel Booking” and click “Yes”.

Note: Whenever you edit or cancel a booking, your customer will get an email letting them know about the update.
