If your business operates across multiple locations, you may want to offer different slots and availability for each location. With BookX, you can configure slot availability specific to each branch or location, helping you manage schedules more accurately.
Note: Before setting up location-based slots, make sure you’ve added at least one location in the BookX app.
Step 1: Enable Locations & Service-Based Slots
1. Go to BookX “Settings” and click “Edit” on General Configurations.

2. Click “Advanced Settings”, enable “Location & Service-Based Slots”, and click the “Save” button.

Step 2: Create a Service
1. Go to the “Services” page and click on any created service or create a new service.
2. Go to “Slot Configuration” and select the “Based on Location” option.

3. Next, go to “Block Out Date & Time" and select the “Based on Location” option.

4. Go to “Location and Team Member”, click “Add Location”, add the location, and click the “Next” button.

5. Then, go to "Availability Settings” and select the “Based on Location” option.

6. Set seasonal pricing for your service, if needed.
7. Configure the payment methods for your service in Payment & deposit. t
8. Publish your service and move to the Locations page.
Step 3: Set slots based on location
1. Go to the “Locations” page and select a location you added to the service.

2. Click the “Advanced Location Setup” option.

3. Now, you can configure time slots, capacity limits, availability, and block-out periods for the location.

4. Once you complete the configuration, click “Save” button.
