If your business operates across multiple locations, you may want to offer different time slots for each location. With BookX, you can configure slot availability specific to each branch or location, helping you manage schedules more accurately.
Note: Before setting up location-based slots, make sure you’ve added at least one location in the BookX app.
How to set time slots based on location
1. Go to BookX “Settings” and click “Edit” on General Configurations.
2. Click “Advanced Settings” and enable “Location & Service-Based Slots”, and click “Save”.
3. Go to the “Services” page and click on any created service.
4. Go to “Slot Configuration” and select “Based on Location”.
5. Next, go to “Block Out Date & Time" and select “Based on Location”.
6. Finally, go to "Availability Settings” and select “Based on Location”.
Now, you can configure time slots, capacity limits, availability, and block-out periods for each location under “Advanced Location Setup ” on the “Locations” page of the BookX app.
